I am so honored to call Indianapolis my home. I grew up on the Northeast side of Indianapolis and met and married the love of my life, my high school sweetheart. Together, we have raised our three children in the Geist/Fishers area and through Lawrence Township Schools. What a blessing today that almost all of our children and grandchildren call Indianapolis their home. 

I've spent the majority of my career running our family business, which opened in Indianapolis in 1927, along with or commercial real estate portfolio. 

The first time, I helped someone through a residential home purchase, it was my first born daughter and her husband in 1988. For me the opportunity to walk alongside of my children and help them learn the process was priceless. They would describe me politely as "detail oriented". We sure looked at A LOT of homes until we found just the right one.

As their father, it was imperative to me that they didn't make an emotional purchase that may actually produce a whole lot of problems. Have you seen the movie, "The Money Pit"? 

For the last 15 years residential real estate has been my primary focus, both sales and also restoration and renovation of homes along with my wife. 

I've assisted many first time home buyers and also have developed a specialty in assisting elderly clients to downsize. Finding just the right home alongside of my clients requires a deep focus on integrity, patience, persistence and tenacity.
